 Health Atlas features:

Over 120 neighborhood characteristics to visualize

Data were curated from over 20 different public data sources including American Community Survey, EPA Environmental Justice Screen, and PLACES.

Data capture various domains of social determinants of health as well as relevant health outcomes and are organized into the following categories:

  1. Demographic data
  2. Socioeconomic data
  3. Environmental
  4. Neighborhood data
  5. Health and health care data

Comparison of two variables

The map can display two characteristics at the same time. When two characteristics are selected, data are displayed on the map and in a scatter plot.
